Rick Powell, CPA, CGMA is a Senior Vice President with Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli, P.C. and has over 30 years of experience offering accounting, tax and advisory services to closely held businesses. His clients range from start-ups to multi-national organizations. He has volunteered as a mentor and judge in business plan contests and has worked with several organizations in assisting them with formalizing their business plans. Rick is Treasurer of The Venture Forum and Better Business Bureau of Central New England. He is a member of the Finance Committee of the Council of Better Business Bureaus in Arlington, VA. He is also a board member of the Worcester Regional Research Bureau. In 2010, Rick was named to the transition team of the Massachusetts State Auditor-Elect.
Richard Prince has managed manufacturing businesses across the globe, from Japan to the United Kingdom and the United States. Part owner and manager of an international manufacturer of industrial personal protective equipment, he has 35 years of manufacturing and engineering experience, plus 10 years as a manufacturing consultant and five years of involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Dick earned a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and an MBA from Clark University.
John Brisbois has over 45 years of experience in both property/casualty and life/employee benefits. He facilitates innovative integrated programs that address the complex risk management needs of associations and mid-size and large companies.
In the past, John has served as the president of the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce, been an Incorporator of the Henry Heywood Hospital, a Trustee of Mount Wachusett Community College Foundation, a Campaign Chair for the United Way of North Central MA, and a Director of the MA Association of Independent Agents. He is currently a Director of The Ron Burton Training Village and the Chairman of its development committee. John is also a member of the Executive Committee of The Venture Forum.
John holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters in Malvern, PA and is a Licensed Insurance Adviser (LIA). He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.
