You may have a wonderful new product, but why do you need a target market? Won’t everyone want to use it? You may find that your target customers have specific requirements that could affect your product specifications. Keynote speaker Stephen Metzger has developed and launched a host of new products over the years. The evening’s case presenter will be John Fitzpatrick, co-founder and CEO of Applivate LLC, a New Haven-based startup company. John formed his company in 2011 with the mission of transforming diabetes management and now offers a mobile app, ShugaTrak.

Come to The Venture Forum’s November 11 meeting at Clark University and learn about the delicate balance between product inspiration and customer demand.  Please note the location for our November meeting in Tilton Hall at Clark’s Higgins University Center. You can find directions here.
