Labor & Employment Attorney Joseph T. Bartulis, Jr.

Attorney Bartulis advises private and public sector employers on all aspects of workplace law; and counsels school departments and institutions of higher learning on labor and education law.

A skilled attorney and successful negotiator for his clients, Bartulis delivers expert representation and sound resolution involving complex legal matters facing these sectors today.

Attorney Bartulis regularly advises clients on wage and hour issues, statutory compliance, documenting employee performance, discipline and discharge of employees, as well as the prevention, investigation and defense of discrimination claims. Attorney Bartulis drafts and negotiates employment contracts as well as non-competition/non-solicitation/non-disclosure agreements and severance agreements. He proactively counsels employers on employee relations matters; and defends employers in employment-based litigation and hearings before various stateand federal administrative agencies.

Mr. Bartulis assists management during union organizational campaigns and unit determinations and he represents management in collective bargaining, mediations, arbitrations and unfair labor practice charge cases.

Local Directions:  WPI will email you a parking pass that you can print and leave on your car's dashboard. When you walk out of the garage, turn left onto the garage access road. At the stop sign, turn right and walk up the path that leads to steps up to a tiny rotary. Walk straight across the rotary, under the arch then up the stairs, then turn right onto the path to the back door/cafeteria of the Rubin Campus Center. Head towards the cashiers, then take the stairway there to the 3rd floor. The registration table, with your name badge, should be there. The Odeum Room is just to its left.
