Labor & Employment Attorney Joseph T. Bartulis, Jr.

Attorney Bartulis advises private and public sector employers on all aspects of workplace law; and counsels school departments and institutions of higher learning on labor and education law.

He sits down with businesses owners and comes up with a fully customizable payroll/HR game plan so that they can make sure they are complying with all payroll tax laws and the ever-changing state taxes.

He works with his clients on making sure all FICA, State and Federal Taxes are collected throughout the month as well making sure they are paid to all of the agencies before the due date. He helps his clients develop handbooks and all compliance related issues so that they make sure that their investment is protected from all liability. He has helped over 700 new business owners get setup on the proper payroll/HR platform so they can do what they do best which is focus on their product and service to their clients.

His experience in the payroll industry has allowed him to work with everything from the one-man owner only S Corporations, all the way to hundreds of employee restaurant chains. Local Directions:  WPI will email you a parking pass that you can print and leave on your car's dashboard. When you walk out of the garage, turn left onto the garage access road. At the stop sign, turn right and walk up the path that leads to steps up to a tiny rotary. Walk straight across the rotary, under the arch then up the stairs, then turn right onto the path to the back door/cafeteria of the Rubin Campus Center. Head towards the cashiers, then take the stairway there to the 3rd floor. The registration table, with your name badge, should be there. The Odeum Room is just to its left.
