Ted Twinney Start Line Brewing Ted began Start Line Brewing with a simple vision: explore, learn, and expand in the craft brewing world. To perfect their craft (pun intended), he and the Start Line team attended Siebel Institute of Technology, aka “brewing school”, met with local suppliers, and shadowed other craft brewers. The brewery is located at Water Fresh Farm in Hopkinton, MA, which specializes in the hydroponic farming of their own local and natural products. Together, Ted and Water Fresh Farm established their own Hydroponic Hops project, which was the basis of the brewery.
